Farm Products

Merck Forest and Farmland Center offers a variety of farm products for sale at the Joy Green Visitor Center and Dorset Farmer's Market.

	Pastured Pork: Our pigs are rotationally grazed through paddocks, allowing them to express natural behaviors. Premium cuts of pork as well as whole and half pigs are available for purchase. To pre-order, download the Pork Order Form.
	Grass-fed Lamb: Our lambs are raised on pasture from the day they were born. Our flock of sheep is moved to fresh fields of clover every 2-3 days. Premium lamb cuts or whole lambs are available for purchase. To order a whole lamb, please download the Lamb Order Form.
	Eggs from Pastured Chickens: Our laying hens are also moved to fresh paddocks of grass so they can search for insects and seeds in the grass.
	Garlic & Potatoes: We have been growing the same garlic variety from our own seed stock for years. Potatoes varieties change from year to year, but the quality never does.
	Raspberries & Blueberries: Pick your own berries from July to mid-August and then pick your own Fall Raspberries from mid-September to late October.
	Wool & Fleece Products: We offer wool blankets, skeins of yarn, and sheepskins all made entirely of our own flocks fleece. Also available on the MFFC Online Store.
	Maple Syrup: People across the U.S. seek Merck's Certified Organic Syrup! We make consistently flavorful and delicious syrup in all 5 Vermont Grades - each with unique characteristics and flavors. Also available on the MFFC Online Store.
