Merck Forest and Farmland Center offers a variety of farm products for sale at the Joy Green Visitor Center. Some products are also available at our online store.

Vermont pastured pork  for sale

Pastured Pork: Our pigs are rotationally grazed through paddocks, allowing them to express natural behaviors. Premium cuts of pork as well as whole and half pigs are available for purchase. To pre-order, download the Pork Order Form.

Vermont grass-fed lamb for sale

Grass-fed Lamb: Our lambs are raised on pasture from the day they are born. The Merck Forest flock of sheep is moved to fresh fields of grasses every 2-3 days. Premium lamb cuts or whole lambs are available for purchase. To order a whole lamb, please download the Lamb Order Form.

Vermont raspberries & blueberries for sale

Raspberries & Blueberries: Pick your own berries from July to mid-August and then pick your own Fall Raspberries from mid-September to late October. Beginning in 2015, MFFC will have Blackberries and Black Raspberries available for You-Pick. You-pick is open from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m during the season.

Vermont wool and fleece for sale Wool & Fleece Products: We offer skeins of yarn and sheepskins all made entirely of our own flocks fleece. Also available on the MFFC Online Store.
Vermont  organic maple syrup for Sale

Maple Syrup: People across the U.S. seek Merck's Vermont-Certified Organic Maple Syrup! We make consistently flavorful and delicious syrup in all 4 Vermont Grades - each with unique characteristics and flavors. Syrup is available for purchase at the Visitor Center (9 a.m. - 4 p.m., daily), or it may be purchased on the MFFC Online Store.
